To build a restorative community that provides safe, affordable housing and holistic support services.
Our Vision:
We envision an innovative community model. A diverse, dynamic neighborhood that will offer hope, healing, and opportunity for 36 families to move from crisis to stability and purpose.
Planned Programming
The property will be a place where residents can truly thrive. A live-in, onsite property manager will oversee maintenance and community well-being. Services will be integrated directly into the community, including:
- Onsite professional counseling services
- A community garden for residents to cultivate fresh food and build relationships
- Continuing education and life skills training
- Workforce development and microenterprises
